Work typically requires an understanding of the interrelationships of circuits, current types of equipment used on the Fort Hood ranges, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment. Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices. This position may advise the Complex Leader and provide technical guidance to lower level Range Leaders and Range Specialists.

Must submit to and pass drug screening.  A minimum Security Clearance of Secret is required.   Required Education: BS/BA Degree from an accredited college or university. Completion of Air Command and Staff College.   Required Experience: Experience as an aircrew member in the employment of Close Air Support.  Experience at the O-4 level or higher.   Desired Experience: Experience as a staff officer.   Successfully passing a background check is a requirement for this position.
