Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, cost, and technical performance of division programs. Participates in negotiating and preparing contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements.. Assists Division Director in developing new business and expanding business efforts when possible. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of peers and subordinates assigned to program from various teams and companies.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program teams regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Assists in the preparation of proposals to win new programs. Has a wide and comprehensive understanding of both general and specific aspects of the job. Is capable of working on complex problems and exceptions without supervision.
Performs program management activities harmonizing development, integration, test, security, deployment activities. Responsible for metrics collection and reporting.
Supervises team leads and site managers as assigned
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for handling and working with small objects. Seeing up close, must not be color blind and must be able to wear protective eye wear.
